The iconic singer Alkistis Protopsalti presents her new song titled “Give Me Wings”, which will mark the beginning of our summer mood. The music is composed by Andreas Katsigiannis, the creator of the famous orchestra Estoudiantina Neas Ionia, while the lyrics are by Kostas Balachoutis. The song emerged from the collaboration between Estoudiantina and Alkistis Protopsalti in a series of performances titled “With the Aroma of the East.” Once again, Alkistis Protopsalti confirms, with her exceptional performance, the reasons that, combined with her consistent career, have established her as a top artist in the public's consciousness. “Give Me Wings” serves as a precursor to a complete series of songs by Andreas Katsigiannis, under the signature of Estoudiantina Neas Ionia, titled “Light from a Distant Land,” dedicated to Smyrna, which will be released in September by Ogdoo Music Group, featuring significant figures from the music scene. Alkistis Protopsalti also performs the title track of the release, “Light from a Distant Land”.
